Ingredients
- 125 ml water
- 240 ml soy milk (or any plant based milk)
- ½ tbsp lecithin granules
- 23 g hemp protein powder
- 13 g powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao raw, unsweetened
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana medium
- 3 dates
Instructions
- Add water and soy milk to blender first125 ml water, 240 ml soy milk
- Add all remaining ingredients½ tbsp lecithin granules, 23 g hemp protein powder, 13 g powdered peanut butter, 1 tbsp cacao, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 banana, 3 dates
- Blend and enjoy!
Notes
Option to switch to any other plant-based protein powders that you may have such as pea or pumpkin and include any other toppings you wish such as chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, goji berries, sliced fruit or rolled oats.
